Peptide Library Service
Peptide library is a systematic combination of different peptides in large number. It is widely used in drug screening, target validation,epitope mapping, vaccine development, and structure-activity studies. There is an ever increasing demand from large pharmaceutical companies due to the expanding interest in peptide drugs. Our peptide library services feature all attributes of proprietary FlexPeptideTM technology, which has materialized into a rapid high-throughput parallel peptide synthesis platform that enables our customers to synthesize larger quantities of high purity peptides at lower cost than traditional methods.
Our peptide library services provide flexible selections of peptide purity levels (crude, desalt, >70%, >75%, >80%, >85%, >90%, >95%, and >98%). Each peptide in the library undergoes rigorous quality control to avoid any cross contaminants before delivery. All purified peptides are delivered with complete QC data including RP-HPLC, MS, and COA report to ensure high quality. To meet the growing demand for high throughput peptide library screening, Synpeptide has recently launched the PepHTSTM Peptide Library Service. PepHTSTM is a proprietary peptide synthesis platform utilizing fmoc chemistry to facilitate enhanced high throughput peptide screening platforms. Large numbers of peptides can be synthesized, and lyophilized in parallel and delivered in a customizable format for an affordable price. Research Track - PepTrack™ Peptide Libraries
Research Track Peptide Libraries are designed for applications in T-cell assays requiring large numbers of fully analyzed peptides in quantities of 1-5mg. All peptides are fully analyzed for identity and purity by LC-MS (which is favourable to MALDI-MS!). In addition, Biostem’s peptide synthesis protocols are optimized to avoid contaminations and failure sequences which cause either false positive T-cell responses or toxic inhibition.
Discovery Track - PepTrack™ Peptide Libraries
Discovery Track Peptide Libraries have defined purities for applications requiring similar and specified purities of all peptides (i.e. immune monitoring). Each peptide has a guaranteed minimum specification. All peptides will be QC’d by LC-MS (which is favourable to MALDI-MS!).
Trial Track - PepTrack Peptide Libraries
Trial Track Peptide Libraries were designed to provide a reliable source of peptides and peptide pools for application as monitoring tools in clinical vaccination trials. All productions run in a regulated environment according to ISO 9001:2008 & Good Clinical Laboratory Practices (GCLP) regulations. Synthesis protocols were optimized to reduce toxic contaminations as well as formation of deletion peptides and cross contaminants causing false positive T-cell responses. All peptides have guaranteed purities.
